b. Business Associate Agreement (BAA): We are willing to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with customers who are considered Covered Entities under HIPAA. The BAA outlines our responsibilities and obligations related to the use, disclosure, and safeguarding of PHI.

c. Security Measures: We implement robust technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect PHI from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption of data at rest and in transit, strict access controls, regular security assessments, employee training, and incident response plans.

d. Data Breach Notifications: In the unlikely event of a data breach involving PHI, we will notify affected customers promptly and take appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of the breach, as required by HIPAA.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.

International Data Transfers

Our Services are primarily operated in the United States.
