How we use your information

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete all text messages from our vendors and do not store any call recordings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties, except as required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Our Services have been designed to comply with HIPAA’s Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.
a. Protected Health Information (PHI): In the course of providing our Services, we may have access to, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of our customers. We strictly follow HIPAA requirements to protect the privacy and security of PHI.
b. Business Associate Agreement (BAA): We are willing to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with customers who are considered Covered Entities under HIPAA. The BAA outlines our responsibilities and obligations related to the use, disclosure, and safeguarding of PHI.
c. Security Measures: We implement robust technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect PHI from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include encryption of data at rest and in transit, strict access controls, regular security assessments, employee training, and incident response plans.
d. Data Breach Notifications: In the unlikely event of a data breach involving PHI, we will notify affected customers promptly and take appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of the breach, as required by HIPAA.
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.
International Data Transfers
Our Services are primarily operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may be different from those in your country. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer and processing of your information.
